Neuroscience Undergraduates Research Repository
The Neuroscience Undergraduate Research Repository (or NURR for short) is a data base of neuroscience professors conducting research at McGill. This repository was made for students, by students. Keep scrolling to learn more!
About Us
The Neuroscience Undergraduate Research Repository (NURR) is an initiative that was created by the NUM Academic Committee to increase access to opportunities for undergraduates interested in neuroscience research. While similar databases do exist (linked under Resources), the NURR seeks to present research in a simple and compelling fashion to streamline the research application process.
Our Goal
As McGill students, we understand how difficult and time-consuming it can be to parse through faculty directories and craft carefully-written research interest emails, only to be rejected or ignored. Our goal was to create a platform allowing undergraduates to navigate an up-to-date database of all professors conducting neuroscience research in affiliation with McGill and explore currently available opportunities. We are constantly looking to improve our website, so please contact num@susmcgill.ca for any questions or suggestions!
