Welcome BBQ
Join us for the annual NUM Welcome BBQ happening Friday, September 20th, from 3–7 PM in Jeanne-Mance Park! It's the perfect way to unwind after a busy week and kick off the weekend. Please check the most recent Listerv for the exact location. We'll have plenty of BBQ options (hamburgers, veggie burgers, galore etc.), alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, along with great music.

Spikeball Tournament
Our annual NUM spikeball tournaments are back! Team up with a friend and register to enter a fun spikeball tournament with a chance to win a meal for (2) from Ô Four, and more. The tournament will be held at Jeanne Mance park on September 28th at 11am. The exact location will be emailed to participants closer to the date.

Meet The Prof: Dr. David Ragsdale
Join us for a casual chat with the legendary David Ragsdale. Prof. Ragsdale teaches a number of courses here at McGill concentration on neuroscience, including: PHGY 209, ANAT 321, and NEUR310. Ask him about his career, research and general life advice! Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.

Calling all U2s!!
Ready to channel your inner artist? Join us at Tipsy Cow for a Paint & Sip where we’ll be painting our very own wine glasses (that you can bring home!), and enjoying some free drinks while you paint your masterpiece. This is a great way to meet and bond with your fellow classmates in U2!

U1 Laser Tag
Get your vests on and get ready for LASER TAG! (25) Neuro U1s (majors + minors welcome) will battle it out in the arena for two games across ~1.5h. Spots are limited, so get your tickets quickly!

The games will begin at 7:00pm sharp, so please be there 10-15 minutes early; players arriving late will not be able to join in. Wear athletic clothing and footwear and prepare for an intense (friendly!) competition.

U1 X U3 Cozy Mont Royal Hike
Get another Mont Royal / St Joseph's Observatory hike in and call all your adventure-loving U3 and U1 friends to enjoy this cozy, exhilarating, and memory-making experience before the temperatures drop!
We will meet at 10 AM on Saturday, November 9th at McIntyre Medical Building 6th floor entrance. Bring your own water bottle and bottle/cup/mug with lid, and enjoy free food, snacks, hot cocoa and apple cider. The planned trail takes around 2 hours, dress appropriately. What ticket includes: Tickets include 2 *drinks, and access to our delicious open buffet provided by MajesThé Bistro Bar.

Attire: "semi formal" -- No strict dress code though wear whatever you feel most confident and comfortable in!
